Description: Special blend to blacken fish and shrimp. Made from a mix of our Cajun Blend and Crab & Shrimp Boil. Season seafood and grill or sauté; in a very hot skillet of butter.

Ingredients: Paprika, black pepper, garlic, salt, sea salt, dill, brown mustard, coriander, green and red bell peppers, onion, celery, allspice, clove, yellow mustard, thyme, cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper flake, fennel, oregano, bay leaf.
