Description: Very nice blend that complements the flavor of lamb or pork. Lightly brush shank, shoulder, or chops with oil and apply seasoning before braising or roasting.

Ingredients: Rosemary, garlic, kosher salt (salt, yellow prussiate of soda [anti-caking agent]), parsley, savory, black and white pepper, oregano.
