Hangover Helper Herbal Tea Blend
Purpose:

🍃 Ingredients (per 1 quart / 32 oz batch)
- Ginger root – 1 tsp (fresh or dried) Anti-nausea, stimulates digestion, warms and settles stomach.
- Peppermint leaf – 1 Tbsp Eases nausea, relaxes GI muscles, relieves headaches.
- Chamomile – 1 Tbsp Calms nerves, reduces inflammation, relieves tension.
- Dandelion root – 1 tsp Supports liver detox pathways and digestion.
- Lemon balm – 1 Tbsp Calming, mood-lifting, reduces irritability and anxiety.
- Orange peel – 1 tsp Brightens flavor, supports digestion and hydration.
Optional Boosters:
- Nettle leaf – 1 Tbsp (electrolytes + minerals)
- Turmeric – ¼ tsp (inflammation + headache relief)
- Raw honey or coconut water to taste (gentle electrolyte support)
🫖 Instructions
- Add all herbs to a heat-safe jar or teapot.
- Pour 32 oz of just-boiled water over the blend.
- Cover and steep 20 minutes for full medicinal strength.
- Strain and enjoy warm, or chill and sip throughout the morning.
For Best Results:
