  • Ginger root – 1 tsp (fresh or dried) Anti-nausea, stimulates digestion, warms and settles stomach.
  • Peppermint leaf – 1 Tbsp Eases nausea, relaxes GI muscles, relieves headaches.
  • Chamomile – 1 Tbsp Calms nerves, reduces inflammation, relieves tension.
  • Dandelion root – 1 tsp Supports liver detox pathways and digestion.
  • Lemon balm – 1 Tbsp Calming, mood-lifting, reduces irritability and anxiety.
  • Orange peel – 1 tsp Brightens flavor, supports digestion and hydration.

Optional Boosters:

  • Nettle leaf – 1 Tbsp (electrolytes + minerals)
  • Turmeric – ¼ tsp (inflammation + headache relief)
  • Raw honey or coconut water to taste (gentle electrolyte support)

🫖 Instructions

  1. Add all herbs to a heat-safe jar or teapot.
  2. Pour 32 oz of just-boiled water over the blend.
  3. Cover and steep 20 minutes for full medicinal strength.
  4. Strain and enjoy warm, or chill and sip throughout the morning.

For Best Results:

Drink at least 2 cups slowly over the course of the morning. Pair with a light snack, electrolytes, and rest.
